Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
